Quick to order, I tried the corn matcha since I've had a similar drink at Kei Coffee House in Westminster, which is super far. Depending on how you like your matcha, theirs is not sweet, but you're able to adjust the sweetness level up to 150%. I got regular sweetness level with oat milk. The sweetness from the corn foam goes well with the bitterness of the matcha. The matcha is not that sweet at all, if you like your matcha sweet, this is probably not the place for you, unless you grab like sweeter alternatives and adjust to 150%. It's not mind blowing but it's good enough that I wouldn't drive to Westminster for the same drink.

my bf got a strawberry matcha with less ice, and we were happily surprised that they asked if we wanted more milk or more cream!!! usually other places will just put less ice and have more empty space, so we were very pleased they asked and hope they continue doing it. we got the matcha at regular (full) sweetness and it was still good to me; my bf likes it sweeter than i do and says the matcha is a 4.5/5. i got a hojicha latte with 50% sweetness, and next time i’ll see if i can get a cream top on it. i would like it a little richer(?), but still a very delicious hojicha that isn’t grainy!! staff was kind and drinks came out quickly :)

Visiting from out of state. We were waiting for our lunch place to open and found this nearby. Ordered off the signature einspanner menu: corn matcha and the sea salt nutty. Both 1/2 sweet and it was the perfect amount of sweetness for us. I personally don’t like sweet foam on top of a full sweet beverage. Wish I could go back to try all the other combos.
